Carmen completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology in 2024 and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2025.
Prior to joining Hall Payne Lawyers in Brisbane, Carmen spent over a decade working for Legal Aid Queensland providing legal services to disadvantaged Queenslanders.
Her focus throughout her career has been on creating an empathetic and supportive environment for clients, with an emphasis on promoting social justice and equal access to legal representation. At Hall Payne, she draws on this commitment to advocate for clients pursuing personal injury claims.
